The main reason to do this is because none of the other umas suited for Dirt racing are front-runners. Maruzensky fulfills this gap in a Dirt team perfectly. Since most Dirt events are of Mile distance, front runners are at a natural advantage. The best way to raise Maruzensky’s Dirt aptitude is to borrow a veteran uma with 7 stars in Dirt.
