Learn how club rankings work in Umamusume: Pretty Derby, and the rewards of monthly Carats and Club Points on offer.

Clubs in Umamusume: Pretty Derby consist of up to 30 players working together to earn more fans, generate resources, and achieve higher rankings. You can join any club after reaching Trainer Rank E3, as long as they have free slots available and are willing to have you. Clubs are the primary way to consistently farm Club Points and provide a substantial monthly reward based on their ranking.
How Clubs Are Ranked in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Umamusume: Pretty Derby ranks Clubs from “D” to “SS” based on their fan count. The fan count of a club is equal to the total fans of all its members. So, to improve your club’s ranking, increase your fan count, and bring players with a high fan count on board.
However, the rankings are competitive and not tied to any fixed thresholds of fans that need to be crossed to reach a certain rank. This means that club ranks are assigned based on a club’s fan count relative to other clubs’ fan counts.
Only the top 10 clubs have the SS ranking, while the top 100 Clubs have the S Ranking. Other ranks are similarly divided on a percentile basis. A club’s ranking does not change in real time. Instead, the game calculates ranks at the start of each month.
