Use a Legacy with Front Runner Sparks to raise Mejiro McQueen’s aptitude for the strategy from “B” rank to “A.” This will allow her to fill the Long Distance Front Runner gap, which is otherwise only occupied by Mihono Bourbon and Mayano Top Gun. Additionally, aim to acquire a high number of stat Sparks to give her a head start in her career.

Skills 

Complement Mejiro McQueen’s innate Stamina replenishing skills with a few from Support Cards. You will need at least one rare or three regular blue skills to get her to the final spurt at maximum velocity. Invest in rare and normal speed (yellow) skills that can help her reach and surpass top speed. Learn passive (green) skills that increase Speed, Power, or Stamina reliably with leftover skill points.
