From July 10th at 22:00 (UTC), a new Spotlight Pretty Derby Scout made its appearance. A 3-starred Biwa Hayahide is the new featured Uma, and she will be available through a limited-time scout banner. While drawing scouts may result in winning other cards as well, the chances of obtaining this card increase substantially.
If you draw this card, you will also receive a bonus of 90 star pieces for Biwa Hayahide, in contrast to the regular 60 star pieces for other 3-starred cards. You will also unlock all the skills and unique traits for Biwa Hayahide, which help her stand out from the competition.
