The rewards you get will depend on the time when you started playing the game. If you started before 10:00 PM, July 10 (UTC), then you will get 300 Carats. On the other hand, if you started the game a little later, you would miss out on this.

However, if you started before 03:41 AM, July 14 (UTC), then you can claim 150 Carats instead. So, this encompasses almost every player who was affected by the maintenance period. So, all in all, you can claim 450 Carats if you started the game before July 10, 2025.
You will be able to claim these rewards from the gift box on the home screen of the game. So, just hop into the game and enjoy your free gifts.

The developers released some information regarding the maintenance. The details regarding the [Never Skip Warm-Ups] Ikuno Dictus Support Card were not displayed correctly on the Spotlight Support Card Scout screen video. The incorrect and correct versions are as follows:
