- Specialty Priority 50: Increases the frequency at which the character participates in their preferred training type
- Mood Effect 40%: Amplifies the effect of mood when training together
- Initial Power 20: Increases initial Power when beginning a Career playthrough
- Hint Levels Level 2: Increases the levels of hints gained through events.
- Hint Frequency 30%: Increases frequency at which hint events occur.

Should You Get Nishino Flower (Lifting Your Spirits)?
The SSR card this card is currently running alongside is the SSR Yukino Bijin card, but the overall verdict for that card came out to “not worth it.” Although this card is great in its bonus effects and skills, you should not prioritize an SR card in a banner. An SR card can only be leveled up to level 45, so it will almost always lose out to a max-level SSR Support Card.
