Yung Filly is currently facing a second set of allegations. He is accused of raping a British tourist in Magaluf, Spain.
UK-based YouTuber Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, better known online as “Yung Filly,” has found himself facing further trouble following his ongoing charges and legal case in Australia. On March 24, 2025, reports surfaced of Filly raping a British tourist in a hotel in Magaluf, a resort town on the island of Majorca, Spain. Reports suggest that the incident took place after the YouTuber had performed at a beach club in the town. Later, he met the alleged victim at a nightclub.
Allegedly, the incident occurred in a hotel room after the woman had engaged in consensual sexual activities with one of Filly’s friends. Reports suggest that she was alone with him at some point in the night, which is when the alleged attack occurred.
Reports also state that the woman had returned to her home country, after which she registered a complaint against Filly. The Spanish Civil Guard was informed of the situation. The case has since been forwarded to a judge in Palma, who has initiated the investigation.
Where Is Yung Filly Currently and What Is His Ongoing Case?
UK YouTuber Yung Filly is facing new allegations on top of his existing charges in Perth, Australia. The YouTuber is currently in Perth after recently appearing in court for his ongoing case, where he has pleaded not guilty.
For those unaware, Yung Filly was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Perth in September 2024. He was later extradited back to the city and charged with multiple violations. During his court appearance in March 2025, he denied all allegations. Here are the allegations:
- Four counts of sexual penetration without consent
- Three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm
- One count of impeding a person’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure on or to their neck.
Reports have confirmed that the YouTuber is due to return to court in June 2025. Filly is currently out on bail but is required to report to the authorities each week.
What Is Yung Filly’s Other Controversy in Australia?
Aside from his sexual assault allegations, Yung Filly has faced other controversies while in Perth. In December 2024, he was charged with reckless driving and has since pleaded guilty to the charges.
Reportedly, Yung Filly stated that he was rushing back to his mother, who was ill. He was caught driving at 158 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.
Since the allegations surfaced in September 2024, Yung Filly has been inactive on social media. His YouTube channel, which has over 1.82 million subscribers, has remained dormant. He also co-hosts The Chunkz and Filly Show podcast on YouTube with fellow YouTuber Chunkz, but that channel has also been inactive.
