- Senior Spring Triple Crown
- Senior Autumn Triple Crown

How To Earn the Triple Crown Epithets in Umamusume Pretty Derby

To earn these exceptionally rare epithets, you will need to win specific races. The four epithets have three races each that must be won to earn that epithet. Note that all you need to win all three races in one Career run in order to earn that epithet. The races you have to win to earn each epithet are as follows:
Triple Crown
To earn the Triple Crown epithet, you must win the following three races:
- Satsuki Sho – G1, Nakayama, Medium, 2000m
- Japanese Derby – G1, Tokyo, Medium, 2400m
- Kikuka Sho – G1, Kyoto, Long, 3000m
Triple Tiara
To earn the Triple Tiara epithet, you must win the following three races:
- Oka Sho – G1, Hanshin, Mile, 1600m
- Japanese Oaks – G1, Tokyo, Medium, 2400m
- Shuka Sho – G1, Kyoto, Medium, 2000m
Senior Spring Triple Crown
To earn the Senior Spring Triple Crown epithet, you must win the following three races:
- Osaka Hai – G1, Hanshin, Medium, 2000m
- Tenno Sho (Spring) – G1, Kyoto, Long, 3200m
- Takarazuka Kinen – G1, Hanshin, Medium, 2200m
Senior Autum Triple Crown
To earn the Senior Autumn Triple Crown epithet, you must win the following three races:
- Tenno Sho (Autumn) – G1, Tokyo, Medium, 2000m
- Japan Cup – G1, Tokyo, Medium, 2400m
- Arima Kinen – G1, Nakayama, Long, 2500m
