Ethan Klein might file a lawsuit against YouTuber Noah Samsen for uploading a video where he stated that Ethan supported genocide.
Ethan Klein posted a screenshot of a YouTube video by content creator, Noah Samse, titled “The YouTubers Who Backed a Genocide” on March 11, 2025. Klein was shown in the thumbnail with political pundits Destiny and Muthar “SomeOrdinaryGamers,” while the backdrop contained an Israeli flag.
However, Ethan Klein was really angry about the video and called out the YouTuber on his Instagram Stories. He wrote that these allegations were connected to his ongoing feud with HasanAbi.
“God these breadtubers are such pathetic f**king rats. When the f**k did I ever support a genocide?????? I criticize your idol Hasan and you all resort to straight-up character assassination and horrific lies.”
Ethan also wrote that people are spreading lies about him. He stated that these lies and online attacks have reached a point where Child Protective Services (CPS) had been called to his home. He wrote:
“A campaign which resulted in the CPS call and harassment like I’ve never experienced in my 15 years on YouTube. F**K you and F**K your movement. Socialism deserves better representatives.”

Ethan Klein Might File a Lawsuit Against Noah Samsen
In a recent video of Ethan Klein, he talks about filing a lawsuit against the YouTuber. He stated that if his lawyer approves of it, he will go ahead and file the lawsuit. He looked extremely frustrated and also stated that he is not joking about it. Ethan said:
“Can you send it to my attorney? Sounds pretty defamatory…if he thinks there’s like a decent shot of defamation, I’m suing this f**king piece of sh*t”
Additionally, Ethan Klein also called out HasanAbi for promoting Noah’s video. Hasan shared the video on his story and wrote “great video, give it a watch,” which triggered Ethan. He said that while Hasan might have supported him on the CPS topic, on the other hand, he was promoting Noah’s video. He added:
“Hasan re-storied the video. ‘Great video! Give it a watch!’ It’s funny cause on one hand everyone is trying to give him credit like, ‘oh yeah, I’m against CPS, don’t call them, that’s crazy. Obviously, which I agree with. I was like “good, thank you!” But at the same- at the same exact time, he is re-storying a video titled “Youtubers Who Backed A Genocide” with a picture of me in it, directly to the environment in which people think it is acceptable to call CPS.”
