ChicaLive was recently a victim of a home invasion where the invaders tried to steal her cars, and the incident was caught live on camera.
Recently, in an attempt to steal her cars, five people stormed into the home of Twitch streamer Maria “ChicaLive.” Moreover, the incident was captured on camera, showing the people wearing black hoodies and masks over their faces.
Armed with hammers, the bandits were seen smashing through the door of the house. Additionally, the streamer’s door camera recorded the encounter. In an interview, ChicaLive revealed that she had been playing games at the time, but she stopped to see where the noise was coming from and saw the home invaders. She stated:
“I got up to check, and that’s when I saw them, inside the house.”

According to ChicaLive, the trespassers had begun requesting the keys to her cars. One of them became hostile and rushed at her with a hammer when she denied knowing where the keys were. She further said:
“Like, we need the keys, give us the keys. At first, I was like, I don’t know where the keys are. Like, I kind of just put my hands up. Um, yeah, the guy did not like that, he started charging at me with the hammer.”
However, putting her safety first, the streamer ultimately revealed where the keys were. The men stole the keys to many expensive cars that were parked in the streamer’s driveway. However, they were unable to overcome the vehicle’s secondary theft protection features.
Eventually, the car keys were the only items taken by the intruders. Moreover, for security considerations, local officials are not disclosing the specifics of the secondary preventative security of the cars.
