Flee the Facility is a Roblox classic and has had 5 billion visits since its creation in 2017. The survival game is a fan favorite and still boasts a sizable player base, which is why even popular YouTubers like KreekCraft were surprised to find that Roblox removed the game.
The creator of Flee the Facility, Andrew Willeitner, promptly took to social media to announce that he was in touch with Roblox representatives to try to figure out what went wrong. Willeitner initially said that “off-site links in-game” could be the reason. Hours later, he announced that Flee the Facility was back on Roblox again and blamed faulty moderation for the temporary removal:

Andrew Willeitner later opened up more about possible reasons why Flee the Facility was on the receiving end of moderation. Willeitner suspects it was the “lootbloc merch thumbnail or billboard” that triggered Roblox’s moderation, leading to the ban:
“Im not sure what triggered the moderation. Personally I think it may have been the lootbloc merch thumbnail or billboard. But those do not have links on them, and they have been in the game for months with previous approval. I’m just glad to have the game back up.”
