A collaboration between Berserk and Diablo 4 sounds cool on paper, however, this recent collaboration seems to have an adverse reaction from the player base for a multitude of reasons.
These range from the price of the cosmetics, to the significantly differing Berserk collaboration going on in Diablo Immortal. Here is why there is frustration within the community in relation with the Berserk event in Diablo 4.

There are multiple reasons why fans feel frustrated with the pricing of the skins for this event. Firstly, the skins can be bought using platinum coins only, which is the premium currency in game, only obtainable via spending real life money.
In total, you would need 16,500 coins. However, the problem doesn’t end there. You cannot buy the exact number of coins that you need. Instead, you can only buy bundles, which will have a predetermined number of coins.
The bundle which will let you get the required coins is the $149.99 bundle, which will leave you with 2,000 coins leftover. That price tag is what is causing part of the frustration.
Lack Of Activities In the Diablo 4 Berserk Event

The other part of the frustration comes from a lack of things to do in the event. The event only offers cosmetic changes, featuring different skins for the Barbarian, Necromancer, and Rogue. Additionally, you also have some mounts and companion skins. Moreover, if you utilize any of the other classes, then you won’t have any use for these character skins as well.
However, the player base feels that this leaves them with virtually nothing special to do for this event. This hits harder when you compare the Diablo 4 collaboration event with the Diablo Immortal Berserk collaboration, where you can fight the undying apostle, Nosferatu Zodd.
Perhaps adding some extra enemies, or a limited time mode would have been a better way to incorporate the iconic Berserk series into Diablo 4.
