YouTuber and Twitch streamer Viktor “Iskall85” recently resigned from the Hermitcraft Server after “complaints” were made against him.
Hermitcraft is a popular, invite-only, content creator-exclusive Minecraft server that is often utilized by both YouTubers and Twitch streamers alike. Its members, called Hermits, include popular creators such as MumboJumbo, Grian, SmallishBeans, EthosLab, and Keralis, each of whom has a substantial following running into the millions. As such, controversy erupted recently when Swedish YouTuber and Twitch streamer Viktor “Iskall85’s” resignation was abruptly announced by the official Hermitcraft account in an X post.
In the post, Hermitcraft stated that they had received “complaints” against Iskall85 from members of its community. Further, they claimed to have reviewed the evidence, with the complaints deemed “credible.” The post stated that Iskall85 resigned after he was asked to respond to the aforementioned concerns. Further, Stressmonster101, another member of the Hermitcraft server and a close associate of Iskall85, chose to follow suit and leave as well.

What Were the Complaints Made Against Iskall85 That Led to His Resignation?

Iskall85 is a popular YouTuber and Twitch streamer who primarily creates content revolving around Minecraft. On YouTube, he has amassed a following of 1.6 million subscribers, while he has 725,000 followers on Twitch. He is a long-time member of YouTube, having joined the website during its early inception days in 2006. However, his oldest publicly viewable video on YouTube dates back to 2014. As is typical for him, it involves him playing Minecraft on yet another multiplayer server.
About the controversy surrounding Hermitcraft, the “complaints” have not yet been revealed on an official basis, and no elaboration from either the Hermitcraft server or any of its members has been made. The post announcing Iskall85 and Stressmonster101’s resignation categorically declined to share further details on the subject. As speculations arose among the pair’s fanbases and the Hermitcraft community as a whole, some individuals asked if the complaints made against Iskall85 involved minors. MumboJumbo, one of the most prominent members of the server, has confirmed that the complaints did not involve any minors. He clarified on the matter while maintaining secrecy:
“Although we can’t elaborate further currently, there were no minors involved.”
Despite this, the complaints seemed to have been serious enough that other members have been making changes to remove the presence of the pair from their content. This includes but is not limited to delisting the pair from their podcasts, removing affiliated merchandise, and changing thumbnails that feature them, as users have noticed online.

In a particular instance, another big creator, Grian, changed the thumbnails of his YouTube videos as well as their titles to remove Iskall85 from both. Also, the official website of the server does not list either Iskall85 or Stressmonster101 as its members. More details regarding the content of the complaints are yet to emerge.
