Open Seas
There is a chance to acquire Ethereal Egesta from the open seas while exploring the Goromaru. You will see crates floating in the ocean. These will be of two colors: blue and yellow.
The yellow ones only contain money. However, the blue crates contain items. You can obtain these items if you crash your ship into these floating crates.
