MrBeast’s Beast Games started filming at the Allegiant stadium in Las Vegas Nevada and moved to a new custom-built set in Toronto, Canada.
Beast Games, MrBeast’s upcoming reality competition series with Amazon, was filmed in two primary locations. The first location for the shoot was Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, Nevada, where the initial stages of the competition were shot.
The production team built a custom set at an abandoned site in Canada, near Downsview Airport. The series of games will have 1000 contestants competing for a prize pool of $5,000,000 releasing on December 19 on Amazon Prime and Twitch.
The YouTube star stated in an X post that the set for Beast Games cost over $14,000,000 to build. After the qualifiers at Allegiant Stadium, production moved to Toronto, Canada, where the set was constructed. The set resembled a small town with houses, parks, and a basketball court, all enclosed by red walls. MrBeast claimed in a tweet that he has spent over a year producing the series.

Beast Games has a supposed budget of $100M. However, the show’s production was surrounded by controversy. Many contestants complained about alleged mistreatment and inadequate food and medical care. Some crew members also complained about delayed payments.
When Is Beast Games Premiering?
The Beast Games series, consisting of 10 episodes, will release on 19th December 2024. The show’s first episode will also release on Twitch, available as a VOD. Twitch has announced that popular streamer Jynxzi and MrBeast will be collaborating for the launch of the show on Twitch.

MrBeast will be visiting streamers co-streaming the Beast Games along with Jynxzi and dropping in gifts in the traditional MrBeast style. Twitch also released a blog post regarding the event after announcing it on X. This will mark MrBeast’s return on Twitch after a break from streaming for a while. Jimmy is also set to release BTS footage for the series, which would address the allegations regarding production quality.
