The Hollow Vale sect in Where Winds Meet is one of the many sects you can join in the game. Each sect supports a different playstyle and can unlock new skills for specific martial arts or weapons. So, depending on your build and your preferences, you need to choose which sect is right for you. Like every other sect here, the Hollow Vale also has some specific requirements you’ll have to meet before you can join. And when you do finally join their ranks, you’ll get access to special perks. In the following guide, we’ll delve into everything you should know about the Hollow Vale sect.

How To Join the Hollow Vale Sect in Where Winds Meet
This sect comprises Necromancers and Healers, who can take a life on one hand and restore health on the other. So, if you decide to join up, you’ll need to take a life every time you save another. For now, the Hollow Vale is too secretive a sect, and nobody knows the exact procedure to join them. However, you can expect more information about joining the sect to arrive with future updates.
Hollow Vale Sect Rules and Martial Arts in Where Winds Meet
The following are some rules you need to follow to join the sect:
- No Living Puppets: Life and death have boundaries; playing with dream puppets is forbidden. Though Heartless Vale disciples bear poisoned bodies, their hearts are kind. Transforming the living into dream puppets is an ironclad sect rule. Those who experiment on themselves are exempt.
- Balance of Life and Death: Where there is life, there must be death; where there is death, there must be life. Heartless Vale’s dual sources of healing and poison must remain balanced. For every life healed, poison must be used once. Failure invites self-inflicted suffering.
There’s one more rule that only sect members will find out. We’ll update this section when we manage to get in.

- Floating Grace (Skill)

How To Increase Your Reputation in the Hollow Vale Sect in Where Winds Meet
You can unlock more items in the Sect Shop when you increase your rank and reputation within the group. To do that, you will have to complete Commands or errands for the sect in question. These are small quests that will reward you with reputation, EXP, coins, and sometimes even item unlocks. You can earn up to 1200 reputation with a sect in a week. If you continue performing errands even after hitting this weekly upper limit, you won’t gain any further reputation or ranks from those.
