One of the 12 sects that players can join is the Mohist Hill sect in Where Winds Meet. Sects are special groups or orders that have their own rules and prerequisites for joining. But it’s worth going through all that trouble, since sects give you access to not just exclusive items in their shops but also special martial art skills for specific weapons. So, depending on which weapon you’re using and your preferred playstyle, you’ll have to choose the right sect. In this guide, we’ll offer all relevant information about the Mohist Hill sect, including joining requirements and rules to follow.
Note: The Mohist Hill sect isn’t available just yet. Players who are looking to join up will need to wait until the developers release an update that allows them to pledge their allegiance. We’ll update this guide once that happens.
How To Join the Mohist Hill Sect in Where Winds Meet
Currently, when you try to access the Entry Clue for the Mohist Hill from within the Join Sect menu, you’ll see the following: “The secluded Mohist Hill reveals no clues to entry; no one yet knows how to join.” For now, there’s no way of knowing what exactly you’ll have to do to enter the sect. However, seeing as how this particular sect is full of truth seekers pursuing knowledge, you can expect the joining procedure to involve something along these lines.
Mohist Hill Sect Rules and Martial Arts in Where Winds Meet
The following is the rule you have to follow upon joining the Mohist Hill sect:
- Universal Love: Love universally, benefit mutually; those who benefit others with in turn be benefited. Self-benefit and benefiting others – this is the way of goodness.
There’s no word on whether the sect will include any more rules when it finally arrives in the global version of the game. For now, there’s very little info on its Ultimate Weapon and skill unlocks that let you customize your character and build. But we’ll update this section as soon as we know more.
How To Increase Your Reputation in the Mohist Hill Sect in Where Winds Meet
It seems that your reputation in the sect will increase when you aid others. Besides that, you can take up the various Commands or tasks from the sect. Completing these short quests rewards you with reputation, alongside other items, such as EXP, money, and more. Every week, you can earn up to 1200 reputation for a specific sect. If you continue finishing further Commands after hitting the upper limit, you won’t earn further reputation. To continue earning reputation and rank up, you’ll need to wait for the subsequent week. As you rank up within a sect, you will unlock more powerful or valuable items for purchase at the Sect Shop.
