Twitch streamer Morgan “Frogan” has recently received a lot of flak from the online community after making controversial remarks targeting U.S. soldiers. Frogan, who is 26 years old, mostly streams under the “Just Chatting” category. Previously, she worked in the health industry, but she quit to pursue a career as a content creator and streamer. She also worked as a moderator for fellow Twitch streamer and political commentator Hasan Piker, aka “HasanAbi” at one point. Her breakthrough year was 2022 when she won the Rising Star Award at the 2023 Streamer Awards.
Frogan identifies as a Muslim and is half-Lebanese, half-White. The streamer has been vocal regarding the issues in the Middle East, particularly the conflict between Palestine and Israel. She has expressed her pro-Palestinian stance through her social media posts as well as her streams.
What Is the Recent Controversy Involving Frogan?
As previously mentioned, Frogan has faced significant criticism for her comments about U.S. soldiers. A clip of her went viral on October 20, in which she stated that she had no sympathy for the army. The streamer also said that she hoped they get “PTSD.”
“I have no pity at all for any f**king soldiers! I will never, ever have any f**king pity for any f**king soldiers! US military? Boo-f**king-who! I hope you get PTSD. You know? The ones, I’m like, whatever about, the US soldiers, are the ones that acknowledge that what they did was wrong. They didn’t know back then. Whatever, you’re the person in my book.”
She further elaborated that she only respects military personnel who are self-aware and acknowledge that their actions, such as participating in deployments to other countries, are wrong. The Twitch streamer said:
“The US military that are like, ‘Yeah, I did this back then but I know it’s wrong.’ Like, ‘I’m changed. Fk imperialism. Fk this,’ You don’t deserve the PTSD. But, like, any other motherfker you’re like, ‘Oh, my god, I want my fking Camaro, no student loans,’ F**k you! I hope you get PTSD. And I hope you get no health insurance when you get back in America.”

At the time of writing, the Twitch streamer has indeed been banned from the Amazon-owned platform for 30 days. Following her controversial comments about the U.S. military, many called on Twitch to suspend her. However, it’s worth noting that the suspension was not due to her comments about the U.S. military. She claimed that it was actually because of a tier list she created, which included a tier labeled “Loves Sabra” (Sabra meaning a native-born Israeli). Speaking of her ban, she wrote this:

Frogan has been involved in a few other controversies as well. For instance, in May 2024, she responded to one of Ludwig’s takes regarding not encouraging everyone to donate due to differing opinions. The donation in question was for victims in Palestine. Ludwig indicated that not everyone needed to donate since he is aware of those who side with Israel.
Frogan labeled Ludwig’s statements as a “cr*cker” take. The “C-word” is considered an offensive slur used to describe white people. She said:
“This is a cracker take. Craker a** take! ‘Hey, I know Arabs are dying. But, you know…not going to tell you to donate. Do whatever you want.'”
Following this, she faced significant backlash from fellow creators like Asmongold and xQc for her casual use of a racial slur. In response, she stated:
“‘Bro (a streamer) is reacting to that right now, SOS.’ Reacting to what? My stream? You can’t be racist to White people. ‘How’s that rent?’ That’s paid, honey! My rent is paid, honey! ‘This planet is f**king cooked.’ I know. Yeah, listen – I look how these streamers try to f**king look analytical a** motherf**kers, but they can’t interpret, like, the fact that I was mad about the fence-sitting. Be real. Be f**king real!”
Ethan Klein has commented on Frogan’s recent remarks against the U.S. military. He called her out on an Instagram story saying:
“Let me also say I give zero f**ks about Frogan’s crocodile tears. She has inserted herself in the middle of my ocnvos many times and cries when I respond to her.”
