Twitch streamer John “Tectone” is one of the most popular streamers in America. Yet, the streamer has had his share of controversies and dramas. The OTK member was recently in the headlines after being accused of sexual assault by his ex-girlfriend Pinkchyu. However, prior to this controversy, the streamer has had feuds with others.

What Are The Recent Allegations Against OTK Member Tectone?
Tiwtch streamer Tectone is currently facing serious allegations from one of his former girlfriends. On November 21, 2024, Pinkchyu posted a long thread, accusing her ex-boyfriend of mental and physical abuse. While she did not take any direct names, it was clear that the posts were directed at Tectone. Tectone later responded to the post, confirming that he was the individual that Pinkchyu was talking about. In one of her posts, she wrote:
“How are you supposed to feel if a guy is abusive and makes you cry then shoves your head on his crotch and demands you suck him off and his excuse is ’emotion just turns me on when you cry’.”
She added:
“You say you don’t want to do it anymore and he shoves your head down till you throw up.”

Tectone had addressed these comments. He took to his X.com account to dismiss the allegation, labeling them as a “complete lie.” He wrote:
“I want to make this extremely clear, everything she accuses me of in her statement is a complete lie. Nothing about these accusations is true, they are entirely made up.”
The streamer suggested that he would give her time to retract the statements, otherwise, he would pursue legal action:
“I will give Pinkchyu two weeks to apologize for these statements and acknowledge that they are false and inaccurate. If this does not happen, I will pursue legal action against Pinkchyu and those who knowingly repeat her lies with a reckless disregard for the truth.”
As many of you are aware of by now, Pinkchyu, my ex girlfriend has accused me of a number of things that I can't let go unaddressed. I have been accused of: sexual assault (potentially rape), prostitution and severe emotional abuse among other things.

Feud With Enviosity
Another controversy involving Tectone occurred in February 2024, when Genshin Impact creator Enviosity accused the OTK member of causing him trauma and PTSD. In a post, Enviosity wrote:
“This will be the first and last time I’ll make a public statement about my experience with Tectone over 3 years. The control he’s had on my life. The PTSD.”
Enviosity accused the streamer of fostering unnecessary competition, claiming that whenever he organized a giveaway, the OTK streamer would attempt to outdo him with an even larger one.:
“Everything turned into a competition. I want to host giveaway? He had to do a bigger giveaway. If I was close to passing him in followers? He’d tell his audience not to let me catch up.”
He also said:
“During my Rosaria pulls years ago was glimpses of the PTSD in action, where I’d be anxiously waiting for more of his community to jump in and spread hate. This was my streaming life that I had to bottle in and couldn’t speak out about due to fear.”

Tectone responded with a post of his own, explaining that Enviosity had overreacted and misinterpreted certain situations. He cited an example where he jokingly criticized the game Hollow Knight, which Enviosity happened to be playing at the time, leading him to take the comment personally.

Backlash For Comments Targeted At Frogan
In May 2024, Tectone faced criticism for his comments directed at fellow streamer Frogan. For context, Frogan had used an offensive slur (“cr*cker”) to describe Ludwig Ahgren’s opinion on a political issue. The OTK member reacted to the controversy by calling out Frogan and controversially comparing her to Jabba the Hutt, the alien character from Star Wars:
“What is the point? Like, the only point to this is to farm outrage. Good god, f**king Jabba the Hutt causing issues for no f**king reason, man. Jesus Christ!”
This comparison sparked significant backlash, particularly from HasanAbi, who criticized Tectone for making such remarks. In response, he doubled down on his statement, saying:
“Don’t dish out what you can’t take back.”
