How Crossplay and Cross-Progression Work in Wildgate

Wildgate features crossplay through the use of a Dreamhaven account. When you boot up Wildgate, you’re asked to make a Dreamhaven account. This is the case regardless of the platform you choose. Once the account is made, you can then use your Dreamhaven account to connect and play with other players across different platforms. You can invite players through their Dreamhaven ID and easily engage in crossplay matches.
Cross-progression, too, works along these lines. When you make a Dreamhaven account, you’re then able to access it through any platform. For instance, you first played Wildgate on Steam, and then later switched over to a PlayStation 5.
When you boot up the game on PlayStation 5, you’ll then be asked to log in or create a new Dreamhaven account. You can then log into the same account you made for Steam, allowing you to retain all the progress you made on that platform.
As you can see, having a Dreamhaven account allows you to play cross-play and maintain cross-progression. It is important for you to link your Dreamhaven account with the platform you play in order to access these features.
