In terms of fulfilling the handheld purpose, such as immersive gaming and high battery endurance, the Xbox Ally X is the outright winner. However, if you require a hybrid handheld that can double down as a high-performance portable computer and a great handheld, then the GPD wins.
That said, if your use case requires a handheld that you want to use as a laptop, because you do not like modern mid-range laptops, the GPD Win 4 is, hands down, the better buy.
