xQc shares his unfiltered thoughts on Elon Musk’s controversial gesture during Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Kick and Twitch streamer Felix “xQc” has shared his opinions on the Elon Musk salute. For context, during his speech at the inauguration ceremony, Elon Musk made a controversial gesture while on stage. Numerous netizens found the gesture similar to the N*zi salute. X stated that he just doesn’t see it while mentioning that he understands what Elon is trying to do. Fellow streamer Hasanabi also reacted to the salute, to which Felix reacted by again stating that he did not see it.
“I feel like it’s just like people looking too far into things. I don’t know.”
During the same stream, xQc once again reacted to multiple clips of the gesture. While replying to his chat, he stated that people have to look at it in an analytical and unbiased way. Moreover, the streamer said that if people are not willing to do that, then it is bad “off the rip”. Going over the salute once again, Felix says that from his understanding the angle of the controversial salute is more flat. He then looked at an image that showed what different hand angles meant.
“You have to approach it in a more analytical way and kind of give it a chance, uh, unbiased. But if you’re not willing to do that, then you’re bad off the rip. You’re just… bad.”
He then reacted to Kamala Harris, who made a similar gesture during one of her speeches. Felix commented on Kamala’s gesture and stated that it was worse than what Elon did. He also gave an honest take that was “black and white”, he stated that it was not an intentional gesture.
“On the scale of 100 here’s my take I will give it 80% to um him being inapt in public and autism and 20% in malicious intent”
xQc’s Reaction to Moments From the Inauguration Ceremony
xQc has seemingly been neutral when it comes to political takes. He had bet against Donald Trump winning the elections during the results parlay. Apart from Elon Musk’s controversial gesture, xQc reacted to other moments during the inauguration. One of the moments Felix reacted to was comedian Theo Von falling off a chair during the ceremony.
Another one of the key moments was when Donald Trump tried to kiss his wife, Melania. Felix seemed visibly confused at the video and reacted to one of the memes on the situation.
