In this Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) quest guide, we shall go over Una’s ‘The Lost Lute’ side quest and how to complete it.
Path of Exile 2 is filled with memorable characters, amplified by the rich history and lore of its massive world. The characters have their own goals and motivations (and tragedies) that you can help them with. Una is one of the more memorable characters you meet in the game. Her quest, ‘The Lost Lute’ side quest, sees you retrieving her lute that she left behind in Ogham Fields.
The quest can be a little frustrating as she gives you very little information to go on. In this guide, we shall go over the Lost Lute quest in Path of Exile 2 and how to complete it.
How To Complete the Lost Lute
To the Ogham Farmland
You begin your search for the lost lute by heading to the Hunting Grounds region. Here, you will be greeted by a large pack of wolves, Bramble Apes, Bramble Burrowers, Bramble Hulks, and more. It is a total onslaught of enemies that you have to survive by staying on the move and moving in circles.
After you’re done, push west, where the Ogham Farmlands is situated. If the enemies become too much to handle, we recommend pushing west as they chase you. Just walk backward and gun them down as you head west. We suggest hugging the wall on your south and following it along as you head to the farmlands.
As you head towards the Ogham Farmlands, enemies will push you in from the west in an attempted pincer move. Move around in circles when fighting them. This will stop their pincer move.
Once the wall runs out, keep pushing southwest till you reach Ogham Farmlands. Take note that Path of Exile 2’s map is procedurally generated. You may not find the Farmlands on the southwestern end in your game. However, from our experience, we have consistently found the area to be on the western end of the Hunting Grounds. So if you don’t find it in the southwest, simply move towards the north.
Finding the Lost Lute
Once you’re in the Ogham Farmlands, keep heading west towards the huts. Do not venture into the fields or the other areas. As you go past the huts, you will stumble upon a house with a checkpoint outside of it. You will find Una’s lute within the building. Head back to Una in Clearfell Encampment and return the lost lute to earn the ‘Book of Specialization’ reward and complete the ‘The Lost Lute’ quest.
