To get the Harmonium Halberd in BG3 you must find the Last Light Inn in the northern part of the Shadow-Cursed Lands in Act 2. However, Dammon will only be available as a trader in Act 2 if you protected the Grove by defeating the goblins and goblin leaders. If you let the goblin leaders live, or if for any reason you provoked a fight with the Druids in the Grove then the Tieflings will die and Dammon with them.
On the other hand, if Dammon is alive you will find him at the Last Light Inn. Moreover, he’ll have set up a forge in the stables and you can speak and trade with him there. You can buy the Harmonium Halberd from him for 494 gold pieces.
How to Use Harmonium Halberd in BG3?
To make the most of the Harmonium Halberd in Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll want to use it with a frontline melee build such as Fighter, Cleric, or Paladin. All three of these classes will greatly benefit from the extra +2 to Strength. Additionally, because equipping this weapon can raise your Strength to a maximum of 23, this means that you can still receive a benefit from pairing it with an Elixir of Hill Giant Strength.
No matter what your Strength score is, drinking an Elixir of Hill Giant Strength will raise it to 21 until your next Long Rest. Consequently, with the Harmonium Halberd equipped, your character would then have a Strength score of 23.
