Crafting the Sleeping Potion in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

You’ll need the sleeping potion during the Mice side quest in Wedding Crashers to make the bull fall asleep as a favour for the Blacksmith.

There are three essential ingredients to craft the sleeping potion. These are:

1. Herb Paris
2. Thistle
3. Poppy

Obtaining the Ingredients

To gather ingredients for the sleeping potion, head to the Troskowitz region. Visit the Apothecary and buy three Herb Paris. You’ll get them in the dried form.

The next ingredient, Thistle, can be taken from the garden of the Apothecary. Identifying Thistle would be easy because of its purple flowers.

Source Poppy from the fields located east of the Apothecary. Acquiring this red flower will end your hunt for the ingredients for the sleeping potion.

Crafting the Potion

After you gather all the required ingredients, it’s time to brew the potion. Head to the shed near the Apothecary and find the Alchemy bench there. Alchemy is a skill you can level up with time to craft more effective and potent potions. Here is the detailed recipe for the sleeping potion:

1. Pick the oil from the left shelf and add it to the cauldron.
2. Add Poppy, lower the cauldron, and boil it for one turn.
3. Move the cauldron back up and add Thistle to it.
4. Boil for one more turn.
5. Next, grind the Herb Paris in a mortar and add it to the cauldron.
6. Pour the mixture into a Phial and obtain the sleeping potion.

The potions made in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 are of immediate use. So, use it before they get spoiled.
