To get the book for Miller in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, you must first complete the “For When the Bell Tolls” quest to gain access to the outer area of Trosky Castle. The book is located near the shallow cliffs outside the castle walls. It’s close to the body of Nikvard.
When doing the Opus Magnum quest, the marker will point you to the Trosky Castle. However, the book is not inside the castle but outside its walls.
