Here’s a guide containing all the Ascension and Talent upgrade materials you need for Kamisato Ayato in Genshin Impact.
Kamisato Ayato is the current head of the Kamisato Clan in Inazuma. He is a 5-star Hydro Sword user and was added to the game in the 2.6 update. Even now, Ayato is a strong damage dealer when used in battle. He has a special mechanic where his Elemental Skill puts him in a special state where his basic attacks become Hydro-infused. This lets you deal massive amounts of damage with elemental reactions.
However, you first need to level Ayato by quite a lot for him to be viable in any team. Leveling him up requires plenty of materials you can gather all around Teyvat. To help you out with it, we have listed all the materials you will need for Kamisato Ayato Ascension and Talent upgrades.
Ayato Ascension Materials
Like every other character, Ayato can reach a maximum of Level 90. However, this requires you to achieve Ayato’s Ascension to increase his level cap. You will need many materials such as Mora, local gatherables, and boss drops. Here’s everything you will need:

Ayato Talent Materials
Ayato is not viable in combat till you upgrade his talents. Every character in Genshin Impact has 3 combat talents. These upgrade their basic attack, elemental skill, and elemental burst. Each talent starts from level 1 up to level 10. Here’s what you will need to upgrade all three of Ayato’s combat talents:

Recommended Talent Upgrade
As you can see, you need quite a lot of materials to upgrade all of Ayato’s talents. We recommend first upgrading his Elemental Skill and Basic Attack. This will let you deal more damage as you keep upgrading. Lastly, you can focus on his Elemental Burst for that extra damage you might need in fights.
