Explore Qiongji Estuary’s hidden Geoculus locations with this detailed guide, covering locations from Mingyun Village to Luhua Pool.

Situated in the Liyue region, Qiongji Estuary is an expansive area consisting of the Guili Plains, Mingyun Village, Yaoguang Shoal, and Luhua Pool. Qiongji’s diverse geography makes it an exciting location for open-world exploration, especially with a high number of Geoculi hidden around the landscape. When passing close to Geoculi, you are notified with a sound effect; however, that doesn’t make them easy to find. Let’s go over a method that does.
Mingyun Village

There are 23 Geoculi in Qiongji Estuary, and you can begin your treasure hunt for them at Mingyun Village since a majority of them are located around it.
- Starting from the northernmost point, the first Geoculus can be found on a crooked tree.
- Heading southwest, enter the mine with a rail track leading into it. Follow the track to the left fork, and you will immediately come upon a Geoculus.
- Keep heading further southwest along the hillside wall, past a watchtower and enemy mob, until you reach a ruined dome. Inside the half-buried structure, you will find the Geoculus.
- Cross over to the opposite (eastern) side of the hill with a Geo character. Use the Geo Traveler skill to reach the floating Geoculus.
- Head directly southwest once more until you find the four-leaf clover pinwheel at the hill’s edge. Activate it with an Anemo character and glide up on the wind current to obtain the Geoculus.
- Travel to the dilapidated bridge that connects Mingyun Village to the Guili Plains. At the start of the bridge, drop down onto its floating bamboo and find the Geoculus underneath.
- Enter Mingyun Village and find the hut at the village’s eastern end that has a Geoculus hovering above it. Climb the hut to reach the Geoculus. A Geo character may help.
- Continue further east through the pass and the ruined archway. Halfway through, before you reach the ocean, there will be a partially broken section of the wall to your left. Climb it to reach the Geoculus on top.
Yaoguang Shoal

- Pass through the archway towards the ocean. Slightly to your left, you will see a Geoculus floating above a stone pillar. You know the Geo drill.
- Travel west along the shore, hugging the hillside. The Geoculus sits atop a boulder along it. Climb the cliffside to reach the item.
- Climb to the top of the hill, where you will find another Geoculus floating in the air, overlooking the ocean. Glide to it from higher ground or use Geo Traveler.
- Glide toward Yaoguang Shoal sandbars to the south and try to land on or close to the tallest rock spire you see. You’ll have to manage your stamina while scaling the near-vertical surface before you find the Geoculus at the top.
- Glide down to the next Geoculus hovering above the water to the east.
- Head west and reach the southern tip of the southernmost sandbar. Here, you will find a rock ridge jutting out of the sand with a Geoculus floating at its peak. Climb it and use a Geo character, or glide to it from the Statue of The Seven you passed by earlier.
- Travel to the westernmost sand isle, your final stop en route to the Guili Plains. The Geoculus is hidden behind a large boulder in the shallow water.
Guili Plains

- Move south along the coast of the Guili Plains until you reach a small pier with wooden boats around it. Use a Geo character or glide to the Geoculus floating above the pier.
- Head directly west and climb to the topmost point of the rocky hill overlooking the ruins, where you will find a Geoculus within reach.
- Glide over to the ruins and descend the stairs leading to the cellar. A Geoculus will be on the left.
- Climb the main temple ruins to the north, where a Geoculus lies at the top of the central tower.
Luhua Pool

- Head south on the main road that passes by the temple until you see a couple of greenhouses to the right. Scale the cliff immediately to your right to find a Geoculus at the peak.
- Glide north from the cliff toward the collapsed bridge and collect the Geoculus floating at its center.
- Move directly north until you see a Geoculus floating high in the air by some ruins. Activate the four-leaf clover pinwheel under it and glide up to obtain it.
- Cross over to the opposite side of the Luhua Pool and head south along its bank until you see two giant statues holding spears. Directly opposite them, you will find the final Geoculus hovering near an autumnal tree.
