Now and Later Packs are a feature in MLB The Show 25 that players may not know how to access. Here’s a quick guide to help.
MLB The Show 25 is bringing back the same Now and Later Pack system from the previous installment. When players got these packs in MLB The Show 24, the Now Pack was accessible immediately but the “Later Pack” operated slightly differently. The next installment is finally here and the Early Access has even begun on March 14, 2025. In MLB The Show 25, the Later Packs will be accessible later in the game. So, how can players claim the Now and Later Packs for this year?
Claiming MLB The Show 25 Now and Later Packs
If you didn’t buy the game’s Early Access, you are in luck. Sony confirmed earlier that the said packs won’t be available in the pre-release period. So, nobody will get that special headstart you are worried about. All the players will have to wait until March 18, 2025, to claim these packs. But what happens when the game is out?
Once the game is out, whether you bought the game’s Early Access or not, you need to log into the game using the same account as MLB The Show 24. For now, there is no certainty how these packs will show up in your account. However, if the system is as we expect it to be, the packs should automatically be in your account right away. As usual, players should be able to access the Now pack immediately while the Later pack gets stored for the later part of Diamond Dynasty.
Since this feature is still pretty new, there is a chance that it may be bugged out. So, ideally, the packs should be rolled out to everyone as the game becomes available to play. Unfortunately, the bugs might delay the rollout. We suggest that you wait for a few hours or even days after the release and stay patient for your packs.

You can observe discussions on topics that are hot in the game and even post your own queries if you don’t get the packs.
