Expand your drug business with Schedule 1’s Docks area. Make it your base of operations with this guide.

Note: This article focuses on Schedule 1 and its content, which is a video game set in a fictional world. Items, recipes, etc, mentioned in the article are exclusively from the game and don’t refer to anything in real life.
Schedule 1 is a co-op crime simulation game developed by indie developer TVGS and is available on PC through Steam. The game allows players to start out as a small-time drug pusher with the goal of becoming a powerful kingpin. Players get to distribute a variety of drugs, acquire businesses and properties, and train employees in a bid to expand their empires. Steam users have been showing a lot of love to the game as it overtook the AAA hit Assassin’s Creed Shadows in terms of player count for a while.
Since the high-stakes drug business can be a bit overwhelming for new players, we have a lot of guides to break down all the complexities. In this guide, we’ll be learning how to unlock and use the docks as your base of operations. Start your dope empire with an edge by reading this guide, and make your deals easier.
How To Unlock the Docks in Schedule 1

The Docks is one of the most lucrative locations to expand your business in Schedule 1. This location provides players with an opportunity to plant their medicinal plants and manufacture them as products. The Docks is a somewhat expensive location to purchase in the game. You’ll have to grind a lot. You’ll have to gain a lot of XP and unlock other regions before you get to the Docks. This is a long journey, but we’re here to streamline it for you.
The Docks is the fourth unlockable location in the game as you eventually level up your character. When you level up enough to unlock the Docks, you should head to Rays Realty. You can reach Ray Realtys by going past Hyland Auto and taking a right turn. Then take a left turn from the front of the post office.
Ray, the NPC, can sell you up to two properties (including the Docks) and four businesses. The Docks will cost you $50,000 but are worth it considering the size. You can check out our other guides to help you grind up to that $50,000 price tag. Once you do, you can be the proud owner of Schedule 1’s The Docks area.
Utilise the Docks in Schedule 1 for Your Business

Once you pay up that $50,000 in-game price tag, you can use the Dock as the centre of your drug empire. When compared to starter properties like the Sweat Shop, the Docks provide a much wider area for your drug production plant. There is verticality to the area, as there are two floors with a room for your office.
The Docks is close to the Warehouse, another significant location in the game. The Warehouse contains three different vendors, weapon dealers, rare ingredients, and night workers after 6 pm.
Even though Docks is massive for your drug business, it’s far from the main city centre. Players will need a competently fast skateboard or a car to travel to the Docks. The large expanse of the Docks region is what makes it the perfect headquarters for your booming drug corporation. If you still haven’t bought the game, you can try it out with the Schedule 1: Free Sample demo on Steam.
