You can obtain the Moisson as a reward for defeating the Chromatic Moissonneuse. The Chromatic Moissonneuse is an optional boss located near the southwest side of the Visages. There is no shortage of hidden bosses and explorable areas in Clair Obscur Expedition 33, and these often hold the best resources and rewards.

The Chromatic Moissonneuse is immune to Ice-based attacks, and you can reach this arena on Esquie’s back to get across the water.
