How To Start the Source of My Inspiration Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
To begin the Source of My Inspiration quest, locate and talk to Voyta, the painter, in Trosky Castle. Upon interacting, he tasks you with finding the location of Vele’s shrine. Additionally, he guides you to visit a woman in Tachov to get details about the shrine. This will start your Source of My Inspiration quest.
Talking to Kvyetoslava
After leaving the painter, travel to the Tachov region and find Kvyetoslava, an old woman near Vidalk Pond. When you ask her about the shrine, she will tell you that her memory is hazy. So, to refresh her memory, you need to bring her the Valerian flowers that her husband used to give her.
To collect the flowers, head north from the woman’s house. After a short distance, you will spot the white flowers growing nearby. Gather five of them and bring them back to her. Next, she will mention a dress she used to wear while dancing, though now it’s torn, with holes and broken buttons.
Now, you need to repair the dress. If you have a tailor’s kit in your inventory, you can fix it immediately. Otherwise, take the dress to any tailor to get it repaired. Once the dress is ready, return and hand it over to her. Upon receiving the dress, she recalls how her lover used to recite poems for her. At this point, you must carefully pick the dialogues to pass the several skill checks and earn the Poet’s Gut Trophy.
Completing the Source of Inspiration Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Ask her about the shrine again, and she will reveal three possible locations. However, the final option is the correct one, leading you to a river tributary near Lower Semine Pond. Once you reach there, you will soon spot a dead soldier lying in front of the shrine. Retrieve the dagger from his body and take cover in the nearby bushes.
Shortly after, four bandits will appear—use the dagger to eliminate one, then kill the remaining three to mark this part of the quest.
To complete the Source of Inspiration quest, return to Voyta. Next, a cutscene will trigger, showing you and Voyta visiting the shrine. This will wrap up your Source of Inspiration quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
