There are a few ways to play the Bene Gesserit class in Dune Awakening. One option is to go for the assassin stealth playstyle, where you focus on the Weirding Way and The Voice skill tree.
For example, you can mix and match skills like Manipulate Instability with Prana-Bindu Strikes to increase the damage you deal after stunning or staggering enemies. To increase your damage further, get Short Blade Damage and perhaps Blade Damage. However, you need to be careful not to take on too many enemies at the same time. Take your targets one at a time.
If you prefer a bit of supportive capabilities in The Voice path, like Voice Training, Screech, and Stop. This way, you can force enemies to bend to your will and create an opening for your teammates.
Alternatively, you can get a bit of sustainability from Body Control and invest in Compel in The Voice path. Forcing enemies to attack you can be a bit risky, which is why you need a bit of sustain. You can even have Litany Against Fear also to buff you and your teammates.
