5) Meloetta ex Special Art Rare
The Special Art Rare of Meloetta ex was slightly more popular than other cards that were seemingly more hotly anticipated. It beats out Serperior ex, Genesect ex, and Excadrill ex to make this list. Meloetta ex has a beautiful Special Art Rare, where it is standing in a field.
4) Kyurem ex Special Art Rare
Kyurem ex is a beautiful Special Art Rare from the Pokemon TCG Black Bolt expansion. In the card, we can see the Dragon/Ice dual type (Water-type in the TCG) standing in an icy cavern, with light coming from above.
This art appears to be based on the original Pokemon Black and White, where players could encounter Kyurem in the Giant Chasm. As a Legendary from Generation V, in conjunction with the lovely artwork, Kyurem ex is bound to be sought after by collectors.
3) N’s Plot Special Art Rare
This N’s Plot is a beautiful Special Art Rare. In this card, we can see N at the Nimbasa City Ferris Wheel. It seems to be depicting the character before he confronts the player in the game. In Black/White, he takes them on a Ferris Wheel ride, and after that, he reveals that he’s the King of Team Plasma.
2) Zekrom ex Special Art Rare
The mascot of Pokemon White gets a lovely Special Art Rare variant that looks to be a hit among collectors. In the card, we see Zekrom descend from the heavens as lightning and clouds swirl around this Legendary, with the air electrified by its mere presence. However, this isn’t the only Zekrom ex card on the list.
1) Zekrom ex Full Art Black White Rare
Pokemon TCG Black Bolt and White Flare are releasing two special new variants based on the Box Art Legendaries of these games. These cards, appropriately called Black White Rares, feature an embossed foil finish and have nearly unattainable pull rates.
For Zekrom ex, there is a lovely black finish similar to an embossed painting. The gorgeous artwork, combined with the popularity of this Legendary and the low pull rate, makes Zekrom ex’s Black White Rare the rarest card in Pokemon TCG Black Bolt.
