You find the Plasteel Composite Blade Parts in the endgame of Dune Awakening, right in the middle of the Deep Desert. The Deep Desert is an endgame PvP area featuring some of the toughest encounters in the game. You go to the Deep Desert by crossing the blue barrier north of the Western/Eastern Shield Wall.
Once you cross the blue barrier, the game will switch you over to the World Map. Here, you’ll have to select the Deep Desert as your destination, after which you’ll spawn into the endgame area.
Once you load into the Deep Desert, fly toward the center of the map and keep going straight until you see a smoke trail in the sky. Follow the smoke, and you’ll see that it is emanating from a wreck. Land near the wreck and climb up the hull from the sides. Cut open the hatch using the Cutteray to loot the Plasteel Composite Blade Parts from within.
