Check out our Death Stranding 2 Episode 11 walkthrough guide for what you need to know on how to complete all main orders.

After being sent back to the Strange Realm in Death Stranding 2 Episode 10, Episode 11 starts with an objective where you need to get out of it. Sam wakes up in a decrepit train station surrounded by what seems to be wailing shadows running around.
For this episode, you won’t be doing many orders. Your goal in Episode 11 is to defeat Neil. He is the one with the bandana, whom you met in the previous episodes, who looks like Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid. The gravity can prove a bit disorienting in here, as there can be enemies who are walking on the ceiling. Try not to think too much about it and start blasting your way.
Death Stranding 2 Episode 11: How To Complete
As mentioned above, Sam wakes up inside a rundown train. You indulge in a brief calm before the storm while being surrounded by glowing cryptobiotes. Once the cutscene ends and you look outside, you’ll see human-like shadows running around. You can just run past them, pick up some loot lying around, and head up the stairs. If you have trouble with the weight limit, consider attaching at least two Chiral Antigravity Devices to your backpack attachments. This stage is quite linear, so you won’t have to worry about getting lost.
Find Neil

You only have one objective in Death Stranding 2 Episode 11. You have to find Neil and deal with him. But before that, you will have to go through waves of enemies. The gravity in this area does not follow the usual laws of physics. Some enemies can attack you from the ceiling.
Eventually, you’ll get a cutscene showing a glimpse of Neil’s past. It won’t be long until it ends and you’re back to finding him to get some answers. Proceed further up the stairs until you reach another train carriage. Head inside, but you might need to crouch if you are carrying a ton of cargo. Keep moving forward, inside the train, and you’ll eventually encounter Neil and will have to defend yourself.
After the fight, Dollman will warn you that the carriage is going down. Now you have to run before you fall down with the train. There should be no issue here as you will not encounter any hostiles. Once you find solid ground, you’ll come face to face with Neil, and the battle continues.
Defeat Neil

Neil is a bit annoying to fight as he can teleport. However, he does leave residues that lead to his exact location. You can use this to your advantage in case he escapes your sight. Another one of his abilities is to turn invisible. However, you won’t have to worry about this if you have the Proximity Scanner passive in the APAS Enhancements. Hit him enough times, and a cutscene will start.
You’ll see more of Neil’s memories before he disappears. This reveals more of his backstory and why he is trying to kill you. Sam is then sent out of the Strange Realm, where he heads back to the DHV Magellan for more answers about the connection between him and Neil. You get some interesting revelations from Fragile before Charlie calls the crew for a briefing about their next mission, and then the episode ends.
