The following is a complete Keepsakes tier list for Hades 2, which should help you assess which of the Keepsakes are the most important.

The following Keepsakes tier list for Hades 2 will help you determine which of them you should prioritize during runs. You receive Keepsakes by speaking to Gods and giving them nectar. The first time you gift each God Nectar, they’ll reward you with a special Keepsake. These can greatly impact your performance during a run. So, you’ll have to choose wisely or risk getting dominated by your enemies.
With that in mind, here’s a tier list of the Keepsakes in the game. Keep in mind that this list is purely subjective and based on our own experiences.
Keepsakes Tier List for Hades 2

We will divide the list into the following tiers.
- S tier
- A tier
- B tier
- C tier
Now, let’s dive right into each tier and the Keepsakes they include.
S Tier Keepsakes
- Beautiful Mirror (Aphrodite)
- Purest Hope (Apollo)
- Barley Sheaf (Demeter)
- Adamant Shard (Hephaestus)
- Everlasting Ember (Hestia)
- Vivid Sea (Poseidon)
- Cloud Bangle (Zeus)
- Transcendent Embryo (Chaos)
- Iridescent Fan (Hera)
Every God’s Keepsake here increases your chances of acquiring Boons. So, with increased drop rates, these Keepsakes will help mitigate some of the RNG. Their Keepsakes also help to increase the rarity of your Boons, thereby bolstering their effects. Transcendent Embryo is a great starter Keepsake since it gives you a random Chaos Boon after every few encounters. There’s simply no downside to it.

A Tier Keepsakes

- Silver Wheel (Hecate)
- Luckier Tooth (Schelemeus)
- Aromatic Phial (Narcissus)
- Concave Stone (Echo)
- Experimental Hammer (Icarus)
With the Silver Wheel, you’ll get frequent Magick Regen during combat, which helps you to keep using Omega moves consistently. On the other hand, if your health is down to zero, the Luckier Tooth Keepsake will give you a second chance by restoring some Life. The Aromatic Phial Keepsake enables you to recover more of your Life from fountains. It also improves upon the rarity of your next Common Boon find.
Lastly, before beginning a run, opt for the Conclave Stone Keepsake. It might enable you to pick an additional Boon once every run. When you do get your extra Boon, you can then replace this Keepsake with a different one, preferably one that aids in combat scenarios.
B Tier Keepsakes
- Silken Sash (Arachne)
- Gold Purse (Charon)
- Knuckle Bones (Odysseus)
- Metallic Droplet (Hermes)
- Blackened Fleece (Medea)
- Crystal Figurine (Circe)
- Discordant Bell (Eris)
- Lion Fang (Heracles)
The B tier in our Keepsakes tier list for Hades 2 comprises options that aren’t as good as the S and A tiers but are useful nonetheless. For instance, Knuckle Bones helps improve your survivability by lowering the health of the next Guardian you meet by 5%. It also reduces the amount of damage you take against these enemies.
The Gold Purse adds 100 coins to your collection, and you’re then at the mercy of RNG when it comes to shop selection. The Silken Sash grants you more armor, and the armor gain continues if you have some of it left after clearing Locations. The Blackened Fleece is great if you’re considering a build focusing on Omega moves. However, the Omega move damage increase from it only activates after you take 250+ damage, which can be difficult to achieve in high Fear level runs. Crystal Figurine and Discordant Bell Keepsakes help activate a random Arcana Card and improve damage, respectively.
However, with the latter one, you also take more damage. A better option for the damage boost might be Lion Fang. Although you get a decent buff to your damage from this Keepsake, the effect keeps draining after every Encounter.
C Tier Keepsakes
- White Antler (Artemis)
- Moon Beam (Selene)
- Ghost Onion (Dora)
- Engraved Pin (Moros)
- Evil Eye (Nemesis)
The final tier comprises of Keepsakes that you should only use if you have none of the others available. The Evil Eye Keepsake is useful in very specific situations, as it increases damage against a foe that defeated you previously. So, you might use it to get past a tough boss. The Engraved Pin offers Death Defiance similar to the Luckier Tooth Keepsake. However, the former has an additional condition where the Life recovery only activates if there are no more foes left.
White Antler is another Keepsake in this tier that has some conditional advantages. It boosts your crit damage chance, but only when you’re down to 30 Life or lower. Combining it with Ghost Onion is a great idea, as this one fully heals your Life after you exit a Location. However, the Keepsake can only recover 50 Life for you during each run.
