The Kowazan Guild Boss in Throne and Liberty can give you a run for your money if you and your guild are not ready for a challenge. The boss is available for all, but even at higher levels, he could force you to rage quit.

Look Out for These Attacks While Facing the Kowazan Guild Boss
It is not an easy task looking out for even the most basic attacks, but when your opponent is as fierce as Kowazan, observation and intellect are your best weapons. Following is a list of attacks that you should keep in check at all times:
Basic Attacks
Kowazan directs a brutal mix of melee, ranged, and jumping attacks at whoever is the most aggressive on the battlefield. If a ranged player holds aggro, the boss will fire a few ranged attacks before jumping onto them. So, make sure to keep a Tank as aggro to help absorb more critical hits.
Fury Attack
The guild boss has a lunging attack that deals significant damage to the receiver. Make sure to block when the purple indicator shows up to not let the fury attack devastate you.
Poison Attacks
The level 50 opponent doesn’t have just one but several Poison attacks. Sometimes, he throws Poison Knives on the ground in different areas to create an AoE (area of effect) which you need to avoid. He usually does this after saying, “Are you the leader?”
Kowazan might also spin around like a fan, spreading his Poison Knives all around him. You can’t avoid it efficiently, but make sure to not stand close to him when this happens.
Once you hear him say, “Filthy! Useless! I’ll take you all down in an instant,” he randomly starts selecting your allies for a Poison Curse. The cursed characters will have a green knife hanging over their heads. Try touching unaffected allies to spread the Poison to reduce its severity.
Our infamous NPC here can also release a wave of Poison which will put the Poison Status Effect on those caught in the blast radius. It can be divided among other characters to let it wear off easily.
Does the Kowazan Guild Boss Drop Good Loot?
Yes. Defeating the said boss will reward you with plenty of loot. This alone could be the motivation for you to take him head-on if you’re not that big of a ‘boss killer’. Either way, take a look at this list:
