Throne and Liberty has plenty of enemies to fight for those seeking a challenge. These difficult enemies are most often concentrated in the game’s various dungeons. The Valley of Slaughter is a Tier 2 dungeon found in Throne and Liberty. Staying true to its name, the dungeon can be intimidating for first-time players and may put them off with its difficult enemies.

This guide will go over the Valley of Slaughter Tier 2 dungeon and the various enemies and bosses within it. We shall individually take a look at the dungeon’s enemies and devise strategies to counter them.

How to Beat Valley of Slaughter Mobs

The mobs in the Valley of Slaughter comprise a variation of Orcs. You’ll encounter your first mob guarding an elevator at the start of the dungeon. The Orc Administrator holds the key to the elevator so kill him, obtain the key, and head up the elevator.

Up the elevator, you will find a bridge leading up to a massive mob. Send your tank ahead to attract the mob and lure them to the bridge. Push the mob off the bridge to get rid of them in one go. Use the campfire near the mob to rest and restore health if necessary.

How to Beat Orc Shadow Elder Boss

The Orc Shadow Elder is the first mini-boss in the Valley of Slaughter. The boss is a pretty standard affair, apart from a few tricks up its sleeve. Chip away at the boss HP as the fight kicks off. After losing 30 percent of his HP, the boss summons a caster that tethers players within a red circle. When tethered, your movement is restricted to the red circle.

The boss also summons an exploding sheep that will detonate after a short period. It can one-hit-KO your party, so kill the sheep immediately after it spawns. The tether laser beam deals massive damage to the sheep, so use it to your advantage.

Alternatively, you can push the boss to the edge of the arena near the rocks. This stops the boss from engaging in his various mechanics and makes the fight easier. While a cheesy mechanic, you can opt for this if struggling with the exploding sheep and tether.

How to Beat Valley of Slaughter Mob Mini-Boss

As you triumph over the Orc Shadow Elder, you will find an Orc Key Administrator. Kill the Administrator, obtain the key, and lower the drawbridge ahead. Past the drawbridge lies a massive mob. Use your tank to lure the mob to the bridge and push them off.

The red circle with three tethered Orc Shadowmancers is at the center of the area ahead. Kill the Orc Curse Caster guarding them. The Orc shadowmancers are invincible while tethered. Crowd Control all three Orcs at the same time to break the tether and kill them.

How to Beat Furious Test Subject Turka

We recommend carrying a crossbow, dagger, greatsword, and a staff for this fight. Turka has a variety of mechanics you need to keep track of. It utilizes sheep, much like the first dungeon boss did earlier. Two players will be tethered as six sheep spawn in the arena. Use the tether laser beam to kill the sheep as fast as possible. Use the tank to lure the boss away from the sheep to make the task easier.

An object will spawn in the arena after you kill the sheep. Meteors will also shower down indicated by red circles on the ground. Avoid the red circles and make your way to the object. Right after the meteors drop, interact with the object to gain a shield. This will protect you against a high-damage AOE attack. The boss will be stunned for a few seconds right after this attack. Use the opportunity to deal damage.

Watch out for his stomp AOE attack. This can be avoided by jumping over the attack. His wide swings can be blocked. Both attacks can be predicted by tracing the movements of his arms and legs. The sheep and meteor phase will repeat. Deal with it as you did earlier.

Black Sheep Phase

Amid the battle, Turka will tether two players once again and summon a unique black sheep into the fight. Like all the sheep preceding it, this one also explodes but can wipe out the party in one fell sweep. Use the tank to lure the boss away and kill the black sheep with the tether beam.

Deal damage to the boss while avoiding his attacks, kill the sheep on sight, and use high DPS weapons to clinch the victory.
