Are you stuck and can’t find the second Entropy’s Grasp Power Crystal? Here’s some help you figure out where to look.
Obtaining the Entropy’s Grasp Power Crystal in Dragon Age: The Veilguard can be a bit stressful. In Entropy’s Grasp is the third main quest in the game, and you’ll have to help Bellara deactivate the artifact.
She has now joined your party and expects you to help her complete this quest. After your fight with the Frenzied Sentinel, you will eventually reach a door powered by a Power Crystal. However, the second one is missing, and you need to find it to open it up.
It’s nowhere to be seen, and you will have to do a bunch of stuff to get to it.
Reaching Entropy’s Grasp Power Crystal
When you’re at the locked door that needs the second crystal, pick up the one in place first. Once you interact with it, the Crystal will start free-floating alongside you. There’s a small archway on the locked door’s far opposite end. Just look a little to the right and you’ll find it.
Interact with the socket there to place the Power Crystal down so you can enter through the door. Then, head upstairs. Once the stairs end, go up the ledge in front of you. There will be a Ballista jammed with a Blight Boil. These bulbous-looking boils are weak and can be disintegrated with light or heavy attacks.
Once the Ballista is free, interact with it and you will see where it was originally pointing at. For reference, check the image above. Point at the wall and take a shot. Don’t free the Ballista just yet. Enemies will start pouring in from the hole in the wall. Kill them using the Ballista. Once the coast is clear, jump down the ledge from a safe height.
Grab the original Power Crystal from the door you had powered to get to the Ballista. Return it to its original place beside the locked door. Now, enter the wall you just broke down. Since you’ve killed all the enemies, none must be left inside. Turn right immediately and the crystal will be resting in a corner. Pick up the loot placed in the front, interact with the crystal, bring it back to the locked door, and place it in the remaining socket.
