His Zanpakuto allows him to turn into the liquid state. This renders all opposing attacks useless and allows him to escape. His Bankai is called Konjiki Ashisogi Jizo. A grotesque fusion of a human baby face with a caterpillar’s body is seen floating in the sky. It’s size is massive, and it proceeds to release a red-colored Reiatsu. The creature also exhales a massive cloud of poisonous vapor or droplets that are a derivative of Kurotsuchi’s blood. This covers a radius of 200 meters. Aside from the ridiculous area of coverage, its potency is unmatched. Szayellaporo’s body quite literally started breaking down the moment Kurotsuchi’s Bankai ability was activated.
Mayuri also has the ability to modify his Bankai ability. He can assess the fighter and feed data to his Bankai, which in turn would create poisonous vapors that are specifically designed based on his opponent’s abilities.
