Morena’s goals are extremely grand, which makes it difficult to achieve without strength. Luckily for her, the antagonist’s abilities are extremely broken and one of the most brutal we’ve seen in Hunter x Hunter.
Being a specialist Nen user, Moren’s ability is known as Contagion. Through her saliva, she is able to select 22 people to get blessed with power. These specific characters enter a game of sorts, where the number of people they kill increases their level. Each time they level up, they gain a variety of new powers.
Killing a non-user is worth 1 level, while killing one using Nen is 10 levels. Since their main goal is to hit the royalty, killing Kakin princes is worth 50 levels. Along with being their leader, Morena is a participant herself and is level 45.
Additionally, a follower who reaches Level 100 is capable of bestowing their own ability on 22 other people. Hence, currently, this seems to be a cheat code that can keep causing mass destruction even without Morena’s involvement.
