Dragon Age: The Veilguard ties progression with exploration. As you explore the nooks and crannies of Thedas, you find items or interactable statues that level up your gear, stats, or skills. The Fen’harel Altars are wolf statues hidden across the map of Dragon Age: The Veilguard, and each of these statues have puzzles tied to them. Solve these statue puzzles, and you obtain skill points that can be used to upgrade skills and passives.

Fen’harel Altar Locations

| Crossroads | Go southeast from the Heights of Athim Beacon. The statue rests beside an abandoned hut and can be accessed through a zipline. |
| Crossroads | Past the sealed gate in the central Converged City. Break the seal by completing the Gate of Lost Ages quest. |
| Crossroads | Go up the ladder in the central Converged City plaza. Follow the catwalk to reach the Altar. |
| Crossroads | Across the rotating statue bridge found at the cliffside of Elvhenan’s Haven |
| Crossroads | In the courtyard of the Heights of Athim fortress. |
| Arlathan Forest | On the northeastern end of the forest in the Tainted Woods. You will find a stone structure here with explosive barrels at the top. Shoot the barrels to reach the statue. |
| Arlathan Forest | Pass through the Nameless Building in the Shadowy Grove out into the Shoreside Courtyard. Jump over the platforms at the center and follow the path to reach the Altar. |
| Arlathan Forest | In the northwestern part of Arlathan Forest. You can access this area as part of the ‘Magic of the Ancients’ quest. |
| Dock Town | In the northern part of the town, right in front of the Beacon. |
| Dock Town | Found in Bataris’ arena, at the bottom of the region. |
| Hossberg Wetlands | Behind a destroyed wall in the Lost Village. |

| Rivain Coast | In the ruined fort at the start of the area. You can access this area by using companion abilities. |
| Rivain Coast | Work your way south from Clifftops Beacon till you reach a climbable cliff. The Altar is at the top. |
| Treviso | Spawn at the Heart and Central Beacon and go into the gardens past the bridge ahead. Go straight and take a right from the junction to reach the altar. |
