EA Sports has unveiled a significant upgrade to the Champions Finals rewards system in EAFC 25. This marks a major shift in the game’s competitive landscape ahead of Season 3. The Weekend League, as it’s commonly known among players, has received substantial improvements to its reward structure. It has also potentially addressed long-standing community concerns about the mode’s risk-reward balance.
The Champions mode has faced criticism recently due to increased entry barriers and questionable reward values. Previously, players needed to secure 4 wins out of 10 matches to qualify. Now, the new system demands 3 wins from 5 attempts. Additionally, the rewards remain substantial at lower ranks. For instance, Rank 5 players can unlock 50,000 coins. They also receive multiple high-rated player packs for their achievements.
