Echoes of Victory Ridge is a quest that is part of the campaign side of Arc Raiders. As you progress through the game, you can expect quests of various themes and difficulties from any of the five traders. This particular quest is one of the easier ones to complete, with the only challenge being extracting with the item intact.

Echoes of Victory Ridge Quest Overview in Arc Raiders
Some quests require you to complete objectives with no limit on the number of rounds you use. However, some need to be completed within the same round. Since this quest only requires you to pick up a single item, it makes sense for it to be a one-turn quest. The following are the objectives for this quest:
- Reach Victory Ridge
- Retrieve the battle plans from the hideout under the broken highway

How To Complete Echoes of Victory Ridge
This mission takes place in the ‘Dam battleground’ location in Arc Raiders. The objective is simple, with just a single area you need to visit. Once you reach Dam Battlegrounds, head toward West Broken Bridge, which is located on the northernmost side of the west of the Power Generation Complex.
Once there, you will see the broken bridge. Look for the last section of the road, laid out separately from the rest. This will be right after a couple of scrap cars in the area. Head under the right section of that broken road, and you will find a small box you can interact with.
Now, pick up Major Aiva’s Patch, which contains the battle plans. You can either make a safe extraction with the item or keep it inside your safe pocket in case you die. Once you return home, go to the ‘Trader’s page and hand it over to Celeste to complete the quest.
