The idea is to pick players who are in the meta but aren’t too costly. The best formation for this budget squad will be 4-3-3 (3), which has two CDMs.
Budget Bundesliga Squad for EAFC 25
Lois Openda is slotted in the striker position. With a pace rating of 93, he is rapid and very difficult to defend against. The right-wing position is occupied by Leroy Sane, who has an overall rating of 85. Sane has been a top performer for Bayern Munich. Due to his impressive dribbling and pace ratings, he is an incredible asset on the wings. On the left-wing, Karim Adeyemi is the best option. He is the second fastest player in EAFC 25 with a pace rating of 96. He is also an incredible dribbler.
The midfield consists of two defensive midfielders and a central midfielder. The central midfielder is Julian Brandt, who plays aggressively. With 85 and 86 passing and dribbling ratings, respectively, Brandt is capable of creating chances for the attackers. The two central defensive midfielders are Joshua Kimmich and Palhinha. The former is a right-back but can be deployed as a CDM as well. Palhinha is one of the safest defensive midfielders in the league and can control the flow of play.
The defense is led by center-backs Kim Min Jae and Edmond Tapsoba, who are each rated 83. They have decent defence ratings and are able to keep the opponent attackers at bay. Alphonso Davies is the left-back and one of the best defenders in the league. He has an impressive pace rating of 95 and a dribbling rating of 84. Davies can be used as an overlapping full-back, but he can also contribute to the attack. The right-back position is filled by Jeremie Frimpong. Frimpong also has impressive pace and dribbling stats of 93 and 86, respectively, making him a top prospect for the overlapping role.
Manuel Neuer is the best goalkeeper as he has been dominating the league for a while now.
