The party can explore the Frozen Hearts, one of the many explorable areas in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. While it is much more convenient to follow the main objective, deviating from the main path can lead to worthwhile loot like weapons and Pictos.
In the case of the Burn Affinity Picto, start from the Glacial Falls Expedition Flag rest point, then take the right path. Continue following the path, then use the grapple points to get across. Eventually, you will spot a floating train with a rope to descend. Make your way across another broken train and head down to pick up the Picto.
