The Frozen Hearts is another optional area in Clair Obscur Expedition 33 with a few objectives, collectibles, and other secrets. Most optional areas contain collectibles like music records, outfits, and more, but your party will be facing a few tougher challenges.
This article will cover everything there is to find in Frozen Hearts and a few tips and tricks to beat enemy bosses. This optional area may cost time, but this is necessary to gain the full expedition experience.

Clearing the Frozen Hearts in Clair Obscur Expedition 33
You can take the right from Monoco’s Station to find the Frozen Hearts. The main objective in this optional area is to clear the lurking threat. There is no shortage of optional bosses, weapons, collectible items, journal notes, and cosmetic items. This area could take a while to complete, but you will unlock worthwhile rewards once you clear this optional area.
You can pick up a music record at the Manor’s entrance. It is a requirement to unlock the Connoisseur trophy or achievement. Another collectible worth grabbing is a journal, and it can be found around the Icebound Train Station Expedition Flag.

These optional bosses pose a challenge; however, they are not invincible. You can defeat them by exploiting their weaknesses and applying pressure during the battle. These are the following elements that the Gargant boss is weak to:

- Resplendent Chroma Catalyst
- XP
These are the following elements that the Chromatic Veilleur is weak to:
- Lightning
- Light
