Where Can You Find the Chantenum in Clair Obscur Expedition 33?
The Chantenum is locked behind a steep price tag and a duel. Once you are in Sirene, find the local Gestral Merchant called Klaudiso. There are plenty of Gestral Merchants in Clair Obscur Expedition 33, and some are less inclined to conduct business transactions until you best them in combat. After winning the duel, you can then scroll through Klaudiso’s full inventory and purchase the weapon for 18,656 Chroma. You can purchase a few Chroma Catalysts if you have extra money to spare for weapon upgrades.
These are all the passive perks that come with the Chantenum:
- Level 4: On turn start, if Stanceless, switch to Offensive Stance.
- Level 10: Fire Skills cost 1 less AP.
- Level 20: +1 Shield on switching to Offensive Stance.
The Chantenum Is a Perfect Weapon for Maelle
The Chantenum is an excellent offensive weapon for Maelle. The fire-based damage is enough to inflict a burn status effect, and it can come in handy for long fights.
