Those who buy the early access will be able to play Death Stranding 2: On the Beach from June 23. The game will be released on PlayStation 5, and that begs the question: Can you play it on Steam? Unfortunately, Death Stranding 2 is a PlayStation exclusive, and you will not be able to play it on Steam or anywhere else. Being a PlayStation exclusive, the game will only be playable on Sony’s PlayStation 5. The game uses the Decima engine to materialize stunning visuals for the players. Moreover, the world will offer a lot of new things that the previous installment did not. However, you won’t be able to experience this amazing piece of art on PC.

Death Stranding 1 was released in November 2019 on PlayStation, and in July 2020 PC players were given access via Steam. If we follow the pattern, there’s a chance that the developers might release a PC port in 2026. Note that there have been no such announcements for Death Stranding 2, so we can only hope for the best.
